Unfortunately, they weren't in Camelot, and even if they were, Charles probably wouldn't have much issue with asking questions and poking at him a bit, because that's how he worked.

But for the time being, he was a little wrapped up in his own angst, and instead forced a smile and acted like everything was totally normal.
