Lots of strange things have happened with Merlin but nothing quite as strange as Merlin standing there one moment, and then out cold a moment later. Arthur calls him all sorts of names and insults in between coughs and sneezes, and when he still doesn't get up, he forces himself out of bed to check if the idiot is dead.

He's not but Arthur feels in no condition to carry him back to his room and he isn't about to just leave Merlin on his floor. Arthur grabs his communicator, and asks for Cass to come to his room.]

[Generally when she's ever visited Arthur before, it's been just dropping by on her own. Actual invitations? Kind of rare.

Invitations because people have passed out and that makes it her job to fix the problem? That one's new. She lets herself in because Arthur sounds sick over the network, but then once she sees Merlin all sprawled on the floor, her sympathy for sickness kind of goes away.]

[Arthur grabs one off the bed and tosses it to the ground, not caring if it hits Merlin in the process. He's feeling better, Merlin managed to get some cold remedy in him before he passed out but he's still sick just enough that he is a grumpy bear.

He turns his head slightly to cough into his shoulder.]

[She could just pick Merlin up and carry him out in her arms, but she knows if she does that Arthur will never let him live it down. There would be nothing but jokes about being a maiden for weeks, so instead she puts her arms under his and levers him up onto the bed. From there it's easy to pull his arms over her shoulders and pick up his legs, bearing his weight easily on her back. It's the most awkward piggy-back ride ever because of his long limbs and greater height, but at least he still feels as light as he ever did.]
