[Video Post thing to settle a bet with Cass]

[So a week ago, Cass bet Arthur that if she beat him in a sparring match, then he had to clean up after himself for a whole week. And show everyone. No one will probably understand the significance of this except for Merlin who has previously done all of the cleaning and Cass and Guinevere because she was around. This seems like an accidental post honestly. So here you go, people of the Barge, here's nearly five minutes of Arthur straightening up his room. He comes back to the communicator eventually and picks it up, and now you know this wasn't an accident.]

Happy, Cassandra?

[There's a small pause, and he looks like he isn't sure he wants to ask this but:] ... is it... customary, where most of you are from, to give gifts at this time of year?

For Guinevere, a pair of earrings befitting a Queen.

For Merlin, a better mattress. The one he has now is awful.

For Arya, a set of chainmail useful for her size and some treats for her wolf.

For Charles, that ~~ugly~~... thick tunic that seems to have found its way into my room.

For Cass, a nice dress. ~~Girls like those sort of things, right~~

For Cashmere, a... trinket for her hair.

For Emma... a bracelet.

For Tim, his own sword and mail.

Yes. [Arthur reaches for her, grabbing her by the waist.] Remind me to not bet against Cass again. She was talking of making me clean Merlin's room.

I do not see why that would be so bad. You can see what he had to put up with for years.

You mean the great mystery of what color the floor is?

[She laughs and swipes at his arm] Don't be cruel. Besides, I've seen his room. Not here but in Camelot and really...it's no where as bad as yours.

Ours. [He corrects softly.] When have you been in Merlin's room?

Our room here is spotless. [Do you expect anything else from Gwen? She cleans all the time] In Camelot? Many times.

Really? [He's making a face.]

Yes, really. [she can't help this, she's far too playful] I've even kissed him.

[One day, Arthur's face is really going to freeze this way.]

... you what?

Kissed him.

Why? [The next part falls out of his mouth despite himself. It must have been before them, so it shouldn't matter but:] When?

When he had been poisoned not long after his arrival.

[He's not going to acknowledge why that's a relief. Because he knows that she wouldn't do that to him, that it was all Morgana, but sometimes it's hard to fight the fear that while she's first in his heart, he's not first in hers.]

You poor girl.

I am very lucky to have you to kiss instead.

[He smiles at her softly, pushing that fear he's got back to where it belongs, to the back of his mind. Making fun of Merlin is a much more acceptable topic.]

Clearly. Anyone would be better than that.

[She laughs and shakes her head. Here, have cuddles

She can't help it. She just loves him too much]

[Yes, this is good. He likes this better than anything.]

You still haven't said why.

I though he was dead. When he woke up I was overwhelmed.

[Yeah. So much for pretending like this wasn't an issue. Arthur pulls back slightly, tension immediately settling in his shoulders. She said the same thing about Lancelot, and he knows that was Morgana's magic. And he'd rather have pieces of her than nothing, it's just...]

What's wrong?

There's something you should know. [He wants to tell her everything about the last six years, that Merlin has done more for Camelot than he actually has, but he doesn't. He doesn't think he'll really be able to keep that secret for long but today's not the day for it. He imagines they'll have to actually discuss Merlin's magic first.]

Morgana... she enchanted you.

What do you mean? When?

With... Lancelot. [It's the first time he's really talked about his knight since the man's second death, since Morgana told him what she did. And it's hard.] It wasn't him. Morgana... used magic to bring him back. And she enchanted you. [And he banished her for it.]

[That's a relief but she's still confused. She was no where near Morgana. She steps back, trying to think]

How?

I don't know. I didn't ask her.
