.026 - it's still snowing guys

The decorations are gone [Thank God]. How long does it take for the snow to disappear?

[Private to Gwaine]

My Inmate would like me to inform you that she is not a stupid baby.

[Private to Cass]

We talked. [That's generous but they are pretty much okay again :c]

Have you done anything with it?

Yeah. Last I looked, there were a few feet in the CES.

[A slight nod.] I still haven't figured out how it works. [The frustration is clear in her voice.]

It's - nice, though, getting out for a bit, even if it is an illusion.

I think we do control it, to an extent. Or - we influence it, anyway.

When it shifts, it's to places I recognise. I can only imagine it's using my memories.

Interesting. ...It might just be - my memory, it's...different, than most peoples'.

[Her eyes widen.]

It - no.

[But then she pauses, looking pensive.] ...I've never considered that, actually. For all I know it could be. It's definitely rare.

[That's - well, that's kind of disconcerting.]

A quirk of brain structure. What exactly is different, I don't know. Maybe the amygdala modulates memory more efficiently, maybe the right prefrontal cortex is stronger, so on and so forth.

[Barbara grins.] We've learned a lot about the body, since your time. You could take advantage.

You could learn things that most people at home wouldn't.

[Her demeanor shifts. She seems older, suddenly, worn and hardened by the world.]

Knowledge is power, Your Highness.

Is your physician likely to tell you the most efficient places to strike someone?

Do you know what a nerve cluster is?
